These size 23 Tapestry Tweens needles by John James are perfect for those threads that are just not quite the right fit for a standard size 22 or 24.....it fits right in between. There are many times when using a size 22, I find myself trying to tuck a new stitch under a existing row of stitches. Dropping down from a size 22 to this size 23 tweens is the ticket as the hole is a little smaller and slips right under the previous row. Seems like a little thing but for those of us that have experienced the problem.....we understand!

I finally found a shop that carried tweens. But shipping was almost the same price as the pack of 3 needles.
